Martha Brockenbrough is a former teacher who loves to visit classrooms.

For elementary and middle school students:

Her picture book, THE DINOSAUR TOOTH FAIRY, is most appropriate for an elementary school crowd. After its release in late 2012, she will be available to read, talk about teeth (human and dinosaur), artfully answer tooth fairy questions, and help inspire kids to write their own stories.

As the founder of National Grammar Day and SPOGG.org, the Society for the Promotion of Good Grammar, she can also tailor talks about language, parts of speech, and basic grammar for kids.

For high school students:

Martha is a former high school teacher. Her young adult novel, DEVINE INTERVENTION, about an inept guardian angel who accidentally kills his ward and has only twenty-four hours to sneak her into heaven, is written with them in mind.

In addition to talking about her book, she can talk about how to get started writing, how to make writing less of a chore, and the many surprising ways you can make a living as a writer.
